These fall stonecrop are drought-tolerant and decorative almost all year round, especially in late summer when the pink to ruby red colors of their flowers set the beds on fire.

Sedum spectabile is one of the large autumn sedums or stonecrop. It forms a rounded, compact tuft , 40 to 60 cm high, which spreads and becomes denser over the years. This sedum offers a spectacle of beauty all year round: first elegant and very graphic rosettes of leaves in spring before the beautiful stems spring up, bearing flowers for the end of summer.

Sedum spectabile tolerates temperatures in the order of -20 ° C.
